何 西 阿 書 11:4 

我 用 慈 繩 （ 慈 ： 原 文 是 人 的 ） 愛 索 牽 引 他 們 ； 我 待 他 們 如 人 放 鬆 牛 的 兩 腮 夾 板 ， 把 糧 食 放 在 他 們 面 前 。

Hosea 11:4

 I led them with human cords, with ropes of love. To them I was like one who eases the yoke from their jaws; I bent down to give them food.

以 賽 亞 書 64:8

耶 和 華 啊 ， 現 在 祢 仍 是 我 們 的 父 ！ 我 們 是 泥 ， 祢 是 窯 匠 ； 我 們 都 是 祢 手 的 工 作 。

Isaiah 64:8

羅 馬 書 9:20

你 這 個 人 哪 ， 你 是 誰 ， 竟 敢 向 神 強 嘴 呢 ？ 受 造 之 物 豈 能 對 造 他 的 說 ： 祢 為 甚 麼 這 樣 造 我 呢 ？

Romans 9:20

But who are you, a mere man, to talk back to God? Will what is formed say to the one who formed it, “Why did you make me like this?”
