In 2017, 29,033 inpatient discharges and deaths were related to malignant neoplasm of trachea, bronchus and lung, commonly known as lung cancer. Lung cancer has been the leading cause of death in Hong Kong for years. And the number has been increasing.
在二零一七年，因氣管、支氣管和肺惡性腫瘤（俗稱肺癌）而住院病人出院及死亡的數字為29,033人次，肺癌多年高據香港致命腫瘤首位，而患肺癌及死於肺癌人數持續上升。
