歪理

 佢哋俾我啲餸喺坐我隔離嗰個嘅一半,佢哋話少飯等於少餸喎,佢哋再喺咁大細超我可能會營養不良及因被迫食碳水化合物而增肥。如果去大家樂要少飯,佢俾少餸你,仲話少飯等如少餸,扒餐少咁塊扒,再指住個我小學時見過嘅食物金字塔作"證據"我想知你會點。我有個朋友個醫生叫佢要食少碳水化合物,多食蛋白質例如,肉,蛋,會幫佢減磅维持健康體重,有專家都喺話要少食碳水化合物,用其他種類食物代替,含高蛋白質的食物例如肉類。尤其白米營養價值很低,食太多只會令人不健康地增肥。缺乏蛋白質會降低免疫系统嘅能力,即喺容易病,蛋白質亦用嚟修補身體損壞嘅組織,長期缺乏蛋白質會破壞身體自我修補能力,進一步破壞健康。我曾在青少年時期親身經歷,即喺多食碳水化合物等如癡肥。

Because too much carb is not good for the body, I asked for less rice.  But they gave me half the portion of meat comparing to what the one who sat next to me got. They said "less rice equals less meat " (less protein). If they continue to be so unfair like that, I will be malnourished. Just wondering if you ask for less carb (e.g. spaghetti,  rice, bread) at a restaurant,  they give you less meat or less protein, and they point at the food pyramid I saw when I was in elementary school as "evidence" and say it has to be proportional,  how do you feel? A big ripped off, is it not? When you lack protein, immune system cannot work properly so that you will easily get sick, and also the body cannot repair itself properly without protein. One of my friend's doctor told my friend to have a low carb diet and eat more protein to lose weight and maintain healthy weight. In my humble opinion, high carb means obesity based on what I experience during my teenage years.
