In response to his last statement: Yes, I am a targeted individual. I have been trapped at the hospital for months and the medications they want me to take have not been helping. The V2K is still sending voices to me. The psychotronic weapons have been hacking my brain and stealing information for years. They have been using the weapons to hurt my body remotely. I have been expecting the doctors to find out where the micro chip is to get rid of it from my body if there is one implanted but they have not done anything about it.
I am wondering why the guy in the video said V2K was possible but he said the victims who heard the voices were actually sick. Did the psychiatrists pay him to say that?
