I asked my friend why Roger That but not Mary That. Then I researched that on the Internet. In Morse Code Received is R. Roger used to be the phonetic of R. Pilots say Roger That to mean messages received. The current NATO phonetic for R is Romeo. They should change it from Roger That to Romeo That for romantic reason. But then I thought Romeo died in Shakspeare's play. So maybe it is better to keep it as Roger That for safety reason.
