佢話尋日見完醫生後每日可以出兩次街，每次兩個鐘。 兩碗水煲埋四碗水。。。咁囉。不過仍然唔可以翻工揾錢，租同醫藥費要繼續俾，真喺唔知點死。佢話嗰個 "適應期" 要由一個月延伸至兩個月喎，之前明明話12月22號完，佢話要延伸到1月I9號，佢話喺全部宿舍職員一齊決定嫁喎 (咦，咁多人一齊嫁? 會唔會好混亂嫁?)，不過尋日覆診時個醫生就同佢講適應期去到1月14號。。。佢同意咗嘞逌。

 呢個阿婆同之前有個阿伯無啦啦走埋嚟撞我個袋，睇嚟嗰個撒旦軍團開始人口老化，個阿婆仲話撞吓個袋都咁緊張，即喺話喺故意嘅。佢哋已經犯咗跟縱罪同刑事毁壞，差在我未報警炙。

呢名美女疑似扒我財物順便食我個袋嘅豆腐，號稱扒婆豆腐。佢哋稱佢哋用緊人海戰術，即係成班人輪流撞嚟毁壞我啲財物。

This old lady and an old guy  walked toward me and hitted my back pack. This was not the first time. The old lady even said I was too worried about them moving my bag. That means they did that on purpose. They even rationalized their criminal behaviors by saying that their actions were to help me so that I can put something on my blog. What they did were breaking the laws by stalking me and criminally damaging my belongings. Well I guess the satanic army population has been aging quite a bit.

Yesterday as I was talking to someone about how people used he satanic psychotronic weapon  to hurt my body, I suddenly felt dizzy, light headed and nauseous. So I had to cut off the conversation and sit down. But sitting down did not help, So I had to lie down on the couch to allow more blood pumping into my brain. And a few moments later, I was alright. My systolic blood pressure was 90 in the morning, I did not have breakfast (I had some dry prunes my dad got me though，so low blood sugar should not be the cause) and the satanic weapon attacks might also cause my problem. The interesting thing is the staff wanted me to sit up straight. When I asked whether I could take rest in bed (the bedroom was locked), he did not answer me, he just said I had to sit up straight. And all of a sudden  the other older guy "joined" the conversation by saying that I said I was okay.  I said I need to lie down to take rest for my dizziness while the old guy who did not know me twisted the truth that  was telling the staff. It seems like they like to cover up anything negative that happens here.

可能喺裁多身子弱，越被裁就越弱，因為負擔唔起買補品。見醫生同買藥 (我入院前喺無需食藥嘅，依家每日都要食成喳藥) 交租交通費交學費考試練習都喺錢，再喺冇工開點算好?

Because too much carb is not good for the body, I asked for less rice.  But they gave me half the portion of meat comparing to what the one who sat next to me got. They said "less rice equals less meat " (less protein). If they continue to be so unfair like that, I will be malnourished. Just wondering if you ask for less carb (e.g. spaghetti,  rice, bread) at a restaurant,  they give you less meat or less protein, and they point at the food pyramid I saw when I was in elementary school as "evidence" and say it has to be proportional,  how do you feel? A big ripped off, is it not? When you lack protein, immune system cannot work properly so that you will easily get sick, and also the body cannot repair itself properly without protein. One of my friend's doctor told my friend to have a low carb diet and eat more protein to lose weight and maintain healthy weight. In my humble opinion, high carb means obesity based on what I experience during my teenage years.

食咗個飯後 fruit tart，有士多啤梨半楷，藍梅一粒，果仁等等，好味得嚟又好飽。

Just finished eating a fruit tart after supper, it has strawberry  blueberry,  and nuts etc. It tasted good but my stomach told me he ran out of space.

 我老豆個肝有3個水瘤，最大嗰個有13cm長，要做手術，但喺又話啲血可能有問題，要驗清楚先儆得手術。懇請各位主內嘅弟兄姊妹幫我老豆祈禱，等佢能夠康復健健康康，並在財政上能夠負擔手術醫療費，謝謝幫忙，願上帝祝福您。

My dad has 3 hepatic cysts/ tumors in his liver. The biggest one is 13cm long and he needs a surgery. However, the doctor said my dad's blood may also have problems so he needs a thorough body check or even treatment so that he can get the surgery done more safely. Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, please pray for my dad for his recovery， health and his finance so that he can afford to pay for his medical bills. Thank you and may God bless you all.
