今日人哋生日，我自己食得好飽，感謝天父供應。

Today is somebody's birthday while my stomach is so stuffed. Praise The Lord for His provisions.

Presents

Today my Heavenly Father gave me lots of presents through my dad and He sent my brother to buy me a nice meal. Thanks be to God.

唔該幫我祈禱等我俾心機温書啦，仲有求上帝俾我記性好啲啦，温好書有成果啦，奉主耶穌基督嘅名祈求啦，唔該曬! 願上帝祝福您。

Today I got several presents that I like. Thank you for the gifts and the nice meal, dad, my friend and Lord Jesus.

My daddy has become my santa claus. He did not drink milk nor eat cookie. We had Chinese food,  together.

 Thank you my bro, for the nice meal you bought me last week. (Hainanese chicken and pork knuckle).

Thank you dad, bro and your dear wife for coming so far to visit me.

Thank You Heavenly Father for everything You have done for me. I am nothing without You.

Ribs

今日啲排骨精。。。蒸得。。。又或者炒得幾好味。唔知食得多蒸排骨會唔會變排骨精嫁呢？

Today we had ribs for lunch, they were tasted pretty good. We had them Chinese style, in cubes instead of serving the whole ribs.

今日有人請飲早茶點心，感謝主。內容有鳳爪，鲜竹牛肉，魚肉釀茄子等等。

This morning someone bought me dim sum，thank God. Dim sum included chicken feet, beef balls with tofu skin，fried eggplants stuffed with fish paste etc.

甜品

食咗個飯後 fruit tart，有士多啤梨半楷，藍梅一粒，果仁等等，好味得嚟又好飽。

Just finished eating a fruit tart after supper, it has strawberry  blueberry,  and nuts etc. It tasted good but my stomach told me he ran out of space.

雞雞

 啱啱食咗啲雞，宜家出去做。。。。。

I am such a chicken that I ate chicken for lunch.

受賄

尋晚我哋差唔多全家山長水遠咁去咗廉記飲。。。。。。熱檸蜜。。。。。。。仲搭咗個扒餐。。。。。我Daddy請。

Dream

 撲來撲去為咗食，唔食又唔得，食好似喺人生唯一嘅目標同娛樂，撚多啲其他嘢就已經成為幻想妄想甚至思覺失調，撚嚟撚去用埋念力都得唔到，失落到又開始肚餓同口痕，又要再撲來去又要再食，原來人。。。就喺一團食物。

I have been running around for food, I cannot live without food, it seems like my goal of life and only entertainment are food. I usually turn into a constantly fantisizing delusional psycho when I think outside of food. I can only kick and punch in my mind because I get completely tied up in reality. Sometimes even my mind is controlled because I get tortured for not thinking what "they" want. My dream is dead, my life is over. Then I get hungry, have cravings and I need to again run around for food. No time nor energy to think more than food. Human........ is a blob of food.

我知道牛奶喺滑腸，但喺唔喺滑成咁呀Fa，我以前住牛奶平啲嘅地方4L喺咁隊當水飲都冇事，2011年番香港都日日隊1L奶嫁啦，乜事都冇，2018年番嚟次次飲親奶就好似噴射機飛飛吓被擊落咁，又響又臭又爆，收皮啦，遊武器!

I know that milk can improve number 2, but is it not too 2? I used to constantly flood 4L milk right into my throat like drinking water when I was living in a cheaper dairy place, I had no problem. Even when I came back to Hong Kong in 2011, I had no problem drinking a liter of milk everyday. But since I came back to Hong Kong again in 2018, every time I drink milk, my body acts like an old motor boat sailing then get hit by multiple torpedos, i.e. loud, stinky and explosive!  F OFF!!! YOU FXCKING LAME GAME PSYCHO WEAPON!!!
