Could you please:

Set up whole bunch of solar panels to generate electricity

Other than drilling wells, build desalination water treatment plants to produce drinkable water from ocean water and build pipes or use trucks to deliver the water to remote villages

Set up their own farms and barns so they can grow crops and raise animals for food

Educate them with good food, sewage handling knowledge and skills and good sanitation practices to prevent them from getting sick

Educate them with agricultural or even engineering knowledge and skills so that they can be self sufficient generations after generations

Help them to get started and maybe give them helps once in a while as needed so that they can continue to live good lives
