我上次同條煙產講嗰度食煙犯法，成條天橋煙味，佢話關我撚事，我話你臭親我，二手煙會生cancer，佢好似唔知咁，跟住有把聲用英文話，They are retarded. My response would be: yes, they are. Hong Kong people are so poor that lots of us are malnourished and therefore the brains are under developed, so it is not surprised that we have so many retarded smoky people who keep on feeding themselves and others poisons on regular basis and the government still allow that to happen.
