My neighbors have broken in and stolen the chicken meat in my fridge again. They knew exactly where I got the meat and the store is right across the street. This morning my whole living room was filled with sour smell. The girl from upstairs was still hammering right above me on their floor/ my ceiling. Well since my thief neighbors continue to commit crime against me and the police have not done anything, can someone in Hong Kong pay me back what I have lost please? At least 45000HKD now.
