Upstairs neighbors are hammering the floor again for nothing, right when I am having a pan of food in front of me. She wants to add cement to season my food and making noise illegally on public holiday to disturb me.
Now at 18:36, they let the neighbors kids into their apartment to run around and do the same thing, dropping cement/ concrete into my food and screaming to make whole bunch of noise.
There are almost 30 apartments in this building and they have to have the kids to run around in the apartment above me only to drop cement/ concrete onto me and everything in at my place plus to disturb my sleep and daily living. I am the only one who suffers from it.
They even broke into my place to steal and destroy.
