This guy did it on purpose to go exact same way that I went and took the elevator at the exact same time whil he was holding a cigarette in his hand. Even when was waiting for the elevator and until the moment he walked into the elevator I still did not see him extinguishing the cigarette. I walked off. It was in Hong Kong Hung Hom district.
